Gift Certificate Terms & Conditions

Validity:

Gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Redemption:

Certificates can be redeemed against any in-clinic treatment or Natinuel skincare product available at S2B Beauty Hastings.

​

Booking:

All treatments are subject to availability. We recommend booking in advance via our online portal or WhatsApp to ensure your preferred time slot.

​

Non-Refundable:

Gift certificates are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

​

Cancellations:

Our standard 48-hour cancellation policy applies to all bookings made using a gift certificate. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of the certificate value.

Lost or Stolen:

S2B Beauty is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged physical certificates.

Collection: Physical certificates must be presented at the time of your appointment for the value to be applied.
