By booking or purchasing any treatments, packages, or products from S2B Beauty Studios, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated periodically.
Non-Refundable Policy
All payments made for treatments and products are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits under any circumstances.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Cancellations: If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, any deposit paid (50%) will be non-refundable.

No-Shows: Failing to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be recorded as a No-Show.

Future Bookings: If you have a history of a No-Show or a late cancellation, a 50% deposit will be required to secure any future bookings.
Late Arrival Policy
We operate a strict schedule to ensure all clients receive their full treatment time.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and treated as a No-Show.

In this instance, 50% of the treatment cost must be paid to cover the time wasted and lost earnings.
Package & Gift Card Validity

Treatment Packages: All packages must be used within 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining sessions will expire.

Gift Cards: Gift cards must be redeemed by the expiry date printed on the card. Expired gift cards cannot be extended or exchanged for cash.
Liability

Clients must follow all aftercare instructions provided by S2B Beauty Studios. We are not responsible for any complications arising from failure to follow post-treatment guidance.

Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit S2B Beauty Studios’ liability for personal injury or negligence.
Complaints Policy
At S2B Beauty Studios, we strive to provide exceptional care. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, please follow our resolution process:

Initial Contact: Please speak with a member of our team immediately after your treatment so we can resolve the issue on-site.

Formal Complaint: If the issue is not resolved, please contact us via email at s2bhastings@gmail.com within 6 months of the incident.

Response: We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
